The River Canoe Club is pleased to announce its partnership with Stanja to offer yoga classes at the Clubhouse. We couldn’t be more excited about this collaboration. With the River Canoe Club’s stunning location on the banks of the river, yoga classes at the clubhouse are sure to be an exceptional experience.

Our partnership with Stanja will ensure that everyone experience great benefits. She is highly experienced and educated teacher in yoga and meditation. With a Diploma in Yoga & Meditation Teaching along with certifications in Accessible and Trauma Aware Yoga, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the community. Stanja’s classes are inclusive and cater to individuals of ALL levels, ages, and body types. She will guide you through each pose, offering variations to suit everyone. Beyond the physical practice, Stanja emphasises the importance of breathwork and meditation, fostering a holistic approach to well-being.

What sets Stanja apart is her compassionate and supportive demeanor. She prioritises individual needs and injects a sense of fun into her classes, making each session engaging and enjoyable. We’re honored that Stanja has chosen RCC as her yoga home base.
