Intended for regular paddlers, with a view to being able to get out on the water reasonably promptly.  So if you’re new to the club, would suggest coming down to a Saturday morning or Wednesday evening skills session first.  With the fitness paddles, to provide you an indication, typical paddling speeds are around 7km/h sustained for approx 1 hr.  This enables paddlers to pick up some fitness and still get to work/study commitments on time.

In terms of practicalities:

Tuesday morning fitness paddles – Suitable experience required.
