A great way to start the day and close out the working work.  Intended for regular paddlers, with a view to being able to get out on the water reasonably promptly
So if you’re new to the club, would suggest coming down to a Saturday morning or Wednesday evening skills session first

In terms of practicalities:

Regular Friday morning fitness paddles – Experience required.
