A great way to start the weekend 🙂 Intended for regular paddlers, with a view to being able to get out on the water reasonably promptly.  With the fitness paddles, to provide you an indication, typical paddling speeds are around 7km/h sustained for approx 1 hr.  This enables paddlers to pick up some fitness and still get to other life commitments over the weekend.

In terms of practicalities:

Saturday morning fitness paddle – Suitable experience required.
