Meet time – 6am

Departure time – 6.20am

Two groups – Speedsters and Stayers – meeting up at Camp Cove for coffee

Estimate distance 14-17kms

Estimated return time 9am

Participants will need either sea kayaks or ocean skis with SO2 safety equipment
