In an effort to demystify the online tool regarding running club trip there will be an online session on Wednesday 28 August, 6pm to 7pm.

The plan is to go through setting up events in the online tools the club uses to manage club trips.

Eventbrite is used for managing ‘bookings’ and payment where necessary.

The Club Calendar is used as the reference point for advertising the club trip. A link to the calendar can be sent in an email or posted on Facebook.
