Pittwater Paddle

A half to 0.75 day flat-water paddle of approx 18 km. We’ll look to start and finish at McCarrs Creek.

Paddling out from Mccarrs creek  following the shore line past Elvina Bay and heading up to Towlers Bay. From here we can head up to Portuguese beach for a lunch break or continue on to The Basin. From Portuguese beach  we head back towards McCarrs creek via Scotland Island

Participation level	Due to the distance this trip is not suitable for absolute beginners. Paddlers should be F1 standard or greater.
Performance criteria	Paddlers must be able to paddle 20 km at speed of 4-6km/hr. Paddlers must be able to wet exit
Suitable boats	Sea kayaks
