A trip on Pittwater from McCarrs Creek (maybe to Mackerel Beach return).  Planning to paddle along the western shore to avoid boat traffic. Bring morning tea as there are plenty of places to stop at low tide.

• the paddle will be approximately 15-20km
• you must be able to wet exit
• you must be comfortable with assisted rescues
• you need to BYO kayak
