River Dreams in pictures with Ian Tyrrell

Join Professor Ian Tyrrell, author of River Dreams, on a journey through Cooks River Valley history.

Within each space along the Cooks River Valley, there are many stories. Ian Tyrrell will tell some of these stories through images uncovered in his research of the valley. These stories will concern the people who lived upon the river from Aboriginal times to the 1990s. These stories tell how the landscape was altered, and how the natural world was changed along with the hopes and aspirations of the river dwellers, workers and sportspeople who knew the river.

Bookings essentials and tickets strictly limited. Reserve tickets here: https://www.eventbrite.com.au/e/river-dreams-history-in-pictures-with-ian-tyrrell-tickets-96359189931?aff=efbeventtix
